Published the 8th update, dated 10 March 2015, to Bank of Italy Circular no. 285 of 17 December 2013, containing the Supervisory Provisions for banks, which amends the rules on securitisation transactions and introduces provisions on public disclosure of encumbered assets (asset encumbrance).

These innovations stem from the need to align the national regulatory framework with developments in European legislation in the above matters and, in particular, with the Regulations issued by the European Commission, on a proposal from the European Banking Authority (EBA), and with the guidelines issued by the latter, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 (CRR).
