The Mini-Bond Observatory, established in 2014 at the School of Management of the Politecnico di Milano, has published the first Italian Report on Mini-Bonds.
The Report, the result of the Observatory’s first months of work, focuses on the state of the industry as at 31 December 2014, concentrating on the analysis of issues and issuing companies, of the players in the supply chain, and of private debt funds.
In summary, the Report’s data are as follows: 86 issuing companies considered (34 SMEs); 96 mini-bond issues analysed, totalling EUR 5.7 billion (75 issues below EUR 50 million, totalling EUR 726.3 million); 29 mini-bond funds surveyed; 58 players identified in the supply chain among arrangers, financial and legal advisers, rating companies and information providers.
